Stick Bread
Make bread in the Viking way! Saturday 8 April
We make stick bread and the children are given a lump of dough each to make into a long sausage. Then they are given a stick each to wrap the dough around. Once this is done, we will bake them over the fire, and enjoy the bread when it is fully cooked.
NB! Wear suitable clothes that can withstand a spark, as we will be sitting around an open fire.
