
The Lady’s Feast
Viking Feasts had good food and drinks. The Lady of the House would serve her best meal when people came calling.
- Starter:
- Vestfjord ham (whale meat) with sour cream, victory leek and flatbread
- Main dish:
- Salt mutton with carrots and mashed rutabaga.
- Dessert:
- Barley-grain cream with the berries of the season – a traditional, old dish.
- Duration:
- 2 – 3 hours (incl. exhibition, movie and meal)
- Numbers:
- 15 - 200 people.
The Lady’s Feast
Price (2022): NOK 1250,- per person. The chieftain will be present if there is more than 40 people present.

Note: Mead does contain Alcohol. Drinks that contains alcohol will not be served to people under the age of 18.
